Paul NEWT holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, with concentrations in Psychology and Engineering. Paul holds certifications in Nutrition, Strength and Mass Development, Periodization (systematic manipulation of loading parameters over time), Shoulder and Knee Rehabilitation, Strength and Loading Parameters, the Olympic Lifts (Snatch, Clean & Jerk), and additional certifications in related fields of study. He has taught and written on a wide variety of health topics for over 20 years, including teaching and designing curriculum in Health Education and Physical Education in the public school system. With over 30 years of experience in designing eating and exercise programs, Paul has also competed, and won, contests in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and weightlifting (Snatch, Clean and Jerk). His current focus is on delivering the highest quality personal training and coaching to his clients, using a multi-disciplinary approach, to yield the most dramatic improvements in health, appearance, and performance.
